Hi Reader
So you’ve started meditating. That’s fantastic. You’re at the perfect point in your life to go deep with it.
But here’s the thing:
Most people quit after a few months. Not because meditation doesn’t work — but because they didn't learn a system that could work.
Meditation isn’t just a technique. There is a technique to it, but it is part of a system. On its own, it's just a mental excercise, but within its system, it transforms our life.
It’s one leg of a tripod. When the other two legs are missing, the whole thing collapses.
In other parts of the world, people start and never stop. Why? Because from the very beginning, they get all three parts:
• A reliable method (the techniques that take you from one stage to the next)
• A clear understanding of the path (the outline of the journey and terrain)
• And real, human support (teachers & friends)
Without those, you’ll ghost your own practice. Quietly. Like everyone else. And one day, you don't practice. And the next day, you don't either.
Why would you, if it isn't working?
Let’s fix that. I can show you how in three ways.
First: if you haven't already, read my Meditation 101: Six Big Ideas that inform your meditation.
👉 My Meditation 101 series is now on Substack! (Here's the first post!)
Second: come to our next weekend retreat. It will be our twentieth consecutive retreat!
Third: give yourself a full learning of the path, from the inner fundamentals to the deep wisdom of the path during our 3rd Annual Summer Academy.

Warmly,
Jeffrey
P.S. We’re gearing up for a great summer program, as we do every year — two weeks of teaching and discussion about the path. Go here to get more information and join the waitlist!
P.P.S. Our next online weekend retreat begins May 31. This one will be just what we all need right now: the practice of grounding and relaxation. You can pre-register here and still get a 30% early bird discount!
